Staff muy agradable, especial mención a Elena, quién me pudo solucionar los inconvenientes que tuve durante mi estancia, además de recomendar varios sitios para picar algo. Sin duda volvería.

Excellent location. Spacious and spotlessly clean room. Professional and caring staff. Definitely worth my consideration the next time I'm in Madrid.

1-Jun-2019Customer rating:The Staff at the Front Desk were very helpful especially the Blonde young lady with the pretty blue eyes (do not know her name) her English was very good. In general I liked the hotel and its location is perfect for getting around Madrid. The general Staff did their best to accommodate when ever I requested information or any kind of assistance.

7-Nov-2018Customer rating:I was extremely impressed by the location of the hotel, its proximity to the Metro system, its elegance, the smiling, generous, and polite alacrity of the staff; the bountiful food served at the open breakfast I was given, and the comfortable room offered at great value in spite of the five star label of the hotel; In short, the Hotel was a delight, and a bargain, and a wonderful experience.

Indeed, it would be good to have a maintenance of some rooms facilities, but we didn't care on this while experienced quality customer care. Thanks!

16-Jul-2018Customer rating:On the first night of my stay, bath robes and slippers weren't provided. But once I informed the front desk, it was immediately taken care of. The breakfast and evening snacks spread was very nice. Good gym. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Great location as well. Definitely recommended.

8-Jan-2019Customer rating:Es un magnífico hotel céntrico, con mucho espacio en salones y bar. Durante las fiestas navideñas se superan, buena decoración y atención en general. Únicamente cabe comentar que la calefacción siempre está demasiado alta, hemos pasado calor en el mes de Enero.

10-Nov-2018Customer rating:Muy atentos en la entrada, nos recogiron las maletas y aparcaron el vehiculo en el parking. Check in sin problemas, rapido amable y buena explicacion del hotel. Habitacion buena. No utilizamos los servicios de restaurante del hotel, pero si los de cafeteria. Muy bien. Check out en la madrugada sin ningun tipo de problemas. Plaza de parking muy buena. Hacia mucho tiempo que no pernoctaba en el hotel, despues de esta experiencia, volvere con mayor frecuencia.
