The 177 rooms with double bed or 2 beds are distributed in 18 single rooms and 159 double rooms.

Room of 30 m2 with Queen size bed of 1.80 x 2.00 m or 2 beds of 1.10 x 2.00 m.

The rooms have views of the garden, or the Paseo de la Castellana or are interior rooms.

49m2 room with a 2.00 x 2.00 m king size bed overlooking the garden or interiors.

Room of 55m2, with King size bed (2.00 x 2.00 m) or 2 beds (1.35 x 2.00 m), with views of the Paseo de la Castellana.

Room of 52 m2, with king size bed (2.00 x 2.00 m) or 2 beds (1.35 x 2.00 m), with views of the garden or are interior rooms. It has the same services as the Royal Junior but the bedroom and the living area coexist in the same room.

It has a large separate lounge, a large bedroom with a King size bed, a granite and marble bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower, completely independent.

They have a terrace overlooking the Paseo de la Castellana with terrace furniture and outdoor shower.
